Auto-Enrolment Direct Submissions

We’re pleased to share an improvement to our Auto-Enrolment functionality that makes submissions easier than ever.

You can now submit your auto-enrolment contribution information directly from SimplePay to the National Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Authority (NAERSA). This eliminates the need to manually download files on SimplePay and upload them via the MyFutureFund Employer Portal for standard submissions.

Once you’ve made a submission, we handle the rest and display the submission result directly on-screen.

What’s changed

With direct submission, your MyFutureFund contribution information is:

  • Sent directly from SimplePay to NAERSA.
  • Processed without manual file downloads and uploads.
  • Tracked with real-time status updates on SimplePay.

How to transition from the manual process

If you’ve already started the manual file submission process for a particular pay period, you’ll need to complete the submission for that period using the manual method.

The following pay periods will automatically switch to direct submission once the transition is complete; no manual action will be required.
