How do I start a chat with Support?

Chatting with our Support team can be a quick and easy way to solve a query. To start a chat:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to SimplePay.
  2. Click on the question mark icon () > Support.
  3. Look for the Chat with Us heading, and click on the radio button.
  4. A new Chat with Us section will appear.

    Granting access

    While you are initiating a chat with our Support team, you will also have the option to grant them read-only access to your company for 48 hours, by ticking the Grant our team read-only access to your data for 48 hours box.
